From 1981 until retiring in November 2005 he went independent, starting Circle Adjustment and Appraisal. After earning his real estate sales license and various insurance sales licenses, he worked in real estate sales for a short time in the early 1980chr(39)s. He nearly wore the spots off cards playing solitaire, if he wasnchr(39)t playing gin, cribbage, whist, 500, poker, sheepshead, or bridge. He was pleased to share any area of common interest, including deer hunting, how to clean a northern pike, yard beautification, sports (Especially the Badgers) and various places to travel. Jim felt blessed with his family and friends and was grateful for the variety in his life, provided by the interests of his children, grandchildren, and a younger generation of friends as their skills and talents continue to unfold.
