Thomas E. Brown

Thomas E Brown, age 61, of Columbia Falls, Montana died May 5, 2011 due to injuries of a motorcycle accident in York, Pennsylvania. Thomas Brown was born on April 8,1950, in Detroit Lakes, Minnesota to Julius and Olga (Olson) Brown Sr. He grew up in Detroit Lakes, graduating from Detroit Lakes High School in 1968. He worked for Ross Auto Body and was a self taught construction worker building and restoring old homes during his lifetime. He married Anne Ochr(39)Neil in December 1979 and they had one son Cale Brown in 1981. Cale was killed in an auto/pedestrian accident in 2008. Thomas and Anne moved to York, Pennsylvania in 2000 continuing to purchase and restore old homes. Thomas is survived by his father; Julius (Joyce) Brown, Dilworth, Minnesota, two brothers; Julius Brown Jr, Omaha, Nebraska, Curtis (Denise) Brown, Detroit Lakes, Minnesota, two sisters; Nancy (Dave) Sherman, High Pointe, North Carolina, and Kathy (Manny) Berry, Detroit Lakes, Minnesota. Thomas was preceded in death by his mother Olga Brown, maternal andpaternal grandparents, and son Cale. A time of remembrance and celebration of life will be held at WestKjos Funeral Home inDetroit Lakes, MN onFriday June 10, 2011 from 5-7pm. Burial will be held in Columbia Falls, MT in August. .
