Etheldra "Tillie" Bart age 83 of Detroit Lakes, MN died Monday August 23, 2011 at Sanford Health in Fargo, North Dakota. Etheldra Bart was born on September 5, 1927 in Mankato, MN to Fred and Mae Gettis Reed. The family moved to Frazee, MN where Tillie grew up and attended school, graduating from Frazee High School. In 1947 she was united in marriage to Robert Osterman in Frazee, MN. They made their home and raised ten children there. In 1990 she was united in marriage to Gordon Bart in Frazee MN. They lived on Sybil Lake near Vergas, MN and later moved to Detroit Lakes. Tillie enjoyed quilting, embroidery, traveling, reading, gardening, and bird watching. She is survived by four daughters, Danae (Rick) Wothe, of Detroit Lakes, MN; Kay Wothe, of Cresbard, SD; Peggy Wirth, of Cedar Key, FL; and Amy (Henry) Gernhardt, of Cedar Key, FL; five sons, Dave (Teri) Osterman, of Frazee, MN; Pete (Barbara) Osterman, of Frazee, MN; Scott (Kandyce) Osterman, of Alexandria, MN; Neil (Tammy) Osterman, of Wilcox, AZ; and Joe (Jan) Osterman, of Wilcox, AZ; one step daughter, Donna (John) Holman, of Mpls, MN; one step son, James (Catherine) Bart, of Watertown, MN; 26 Grandchildren; 20 Great Grandchildren; three brothers, Jack (Margaret) Reed, of Pelican Rapids, MN; Frank (Vivian) Reed, of Savage, MT; and Joe (Diane) Reed, of Pierre, SD. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Robert Osterman (1984); second husband, Gordon Bart (2010); Parents; two sons, Dan and Fred Osterman; one granddaughter, Jill Wothe; three grandsons, Matthew Smith; Heath and Nick Wothe; three brothers and two sisters.
