Delores E. Pryor, 90, Detroit Lakes, Minnesota died Sunday, September 9, 2012 at Kindred Hospital, Fargo, North Dakota. Delores was born on January 6, 1922, the daughter of Oliver and Edith (Anderson) Benedict in Minneapolis, Minnesota. She was raised and educated in Minneapolis. Delores was united in marriage to John Pryor on April 29, 1950 in Richfield, Minnesota. She worked for a jewelry wholesaler and Tri-State Displays as a book keeper in Minneapolis until they moved to Detroit Lakes in 1964. Delores then went to for Norgas Propane (Ferrell Gas) until retiring in 1986. Delores enjoyed reading and going to the lake. She cherished the time spent with her family, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren Delores is survived by her daughter, E.C. (Cliff) Magnuson) Pryor of Detroit Lakes, Minnesota; son, Jon (Deloris) Pryor of Wichita, Kansas; four grandchildren, Stephanie (-Mike Marquardt), Eric Pryor, Ashley (Justin Sonneberg) Magnuson and Brikken (Seth Peterson) Magnuson; two great grandchildren; Ryleigh Magnuson and Aubree Sonneberg; three nieces and one nephew. Delores was preceded in death by her parents, husband, John (1998), sister and brother-in-law, Beulah and Tom Peterson, brother and sister-in-law, Rolland and Mary Benedict.
