Ruth Lind

Ruth K. Lind age 98 of Detroit Lakes, MN died February 9, 2013 at Diamond Willow Assisted Living in Detroit Lakes. Ruth Kathrine Lind was born on August 10, 1914 in Outlook, Montana to George and Hattie Stoner Bantz. She moved to Detroit Lakes as a young girl, where she received her education, graduating from Detroit Lakes High School. She was united in marriage to Lloyd Lind on December 3, 1949 in Detroit Lakes. They made their home in Detroit Lakes. Ruth worked at the Swift Turkey Plant for many years and she and Lloyd also raised Chinchillas. She is survived by several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Lloyd (1999); twelve brothers and sisters; and her parents.
