Ronnie Lee Frey, 72 rural Frazee, Minnesota, died unexpectedly Sunday, February 24, 2013 at home. Ronnie was born on October 20, 1940, and born again on April 27, 1974 when he accepted Jesus Christ as his personal Savior. Ronnie was the son of John and Lois (Moench) Frey. His earthly journey began at home near Rice Lake, Minnesota and his heavenly journey began February 24, 2013 at home in Frazee, Minnesota. As a young man, he worked for area farmers until 1961, when he started with Madison Silo Company. In 1969, Ronnie started Frey's Silo Repair and Sandblasting, Inc. Ronnie also hauled potatoes for Offutt for many years. He was dedicated to his work and always offered a helping hand. Ronnie loved the Lord and shared his faith boldly with others. He was devoted to and cherished the time spent with his family, especially his grandchildren. Fishing was a passion and he would share his latest catch with sparkling blue eyes and a smile that lit up a room. He was the leader of the pack in numerous motorcycle rides and loved ripping it up in his yellow Corvette. The outdoors brought him great joy with his cattle, hunting, and working in his greenhouse. He will forever be remembered as a "big kid at heart." Ronnie is survived by his wife of fifty-two years, Sharon Frey of Frazee, MN; six daughters, Debbie (Terry) Stoll of Ulen, MN; Linda (Scott) Stoll of Warroad, MN; Vonnie (Lonnie) Hansen of Frazee, MN; Tammy (Jeff) Lee of Dent, MN; Lisa (Clint) Fultz of Perham, MN; Jennie (Matt) Gerving of Fargo, ND; twelve grandchildren, Justin (Misty) Stoll, Carl Stoll, Josh, Nowell and Johnny Stoll, Sara (Nick) Bassett, Jessi (Eric) Kildal, Colton Lee, Hunter and Paige Fultz, Hadley and Greyson Gerving; three great-grandchildren, Deven and Jackson Stoll, Vada Bassett; his mother, Lois Frey of Frazee, MN; two brothers, Duane Frey of Wadena, MN; Gary (Kris) Frey of Minneapolis, MN; numerous nieces and nephews. Ronnie was preceded in death by his father, John and grandson, Johnny Stoll.
