Jeffrey Keith Dahring

Jeffrey Keith Dahring, 58, Detroit Lakes, Minnesota, died Wednesday, May 07, 2014 at Vibra Hospital, Fargo, North Dakota. Jeff was born on November 29, 1955, the son of Richard and Jeanne (Wagner) Dahring in Detroit Lakes, Minnesota. He was raised and educated in Detroit Lakes, graduating from Detroit Lakes High School in 1974. After high school he began his lifetime career, becoming a partner on the family farm with his mother and brother, Jerry. Jeff definitely enjoyed his life on the farm. As Paul Harvey said "So God made a farmer" and Jeff was one of those farmers. Jeff enjoyed fishing, tinkering with his tractors and the family picnics. His family was his main priority and spending time with them was something he always cherished, especially with his nieces and nephews. Jeff is survived by his mother, Jeanne Dahring of Detroit Lakes, MN; his siblings, Cathy Henderson of Fargo, ND; Wayne (Bonnie) Dahring of Detroit Lakes, MN; Paul Dahring of Detroit Lakes, MN; Erland (Lisa) Dahring of Frazee, MN; Jerry (Theresa) Dahring of Detroit Lakes, MN; Allen (Krystal) Dahring of Vergas, MN; Marlene (John) Bartikoski of Duluth, MN; Lynn Dahring of Delano, MN; numerous nieces and nephews. Jeff was preceded in death by his father. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the family.
