Viora Pearl Kolars

Viora P. Kolars, 91, Spring Park, Minnesota, formerly of Osage, Minnesota, beloved sister and aunt passed away peacefully in her sleep on June 12, 2014 at her residence in Spring Park, Minnesota. Viora was born on January 1, 1923, the daughter of Martin and Adela (Pint) Christenson in Minneapolis, Minnesota. She was united in marriage to John Kolars on June 8, 1946. In 1947, they purchased the Bambi Resort on Toad Lake in Osage, Minnesota which they operated until 1981. Viora is survived by her brother, James Christenson; niece, Barbara (Dennis) Scholtec; nephew James (Deb) Anderson; along with many other family and friends. She is preceded in death by husband John Kolars and sister Arline Anderson. Memorials may be given to Gethsemane Lutheran Church (46913 State Hwy 34, Osage, MN 56570).
