Larry D. Anderson age 65 of Moorhead, MN died Tuesday May 12, 2015 at Essentia Health in Fargo, ND. Larry David Anderson was born December 25, 1949 in Fargo, ND to Algot and Carla (Qual) Anderson. He grew up and received his education in Fargo, graduating from Fargo North High School in 1968. He would soon after start his career in advertising sales. Over the years working for R.L. Polk, City Directory Inc., and Farm & Home Publishers, which was his current employer. On September 6, 1980 he was united in marriage to Patricia Rader at Gethsemane Lutheran Church in Snellman, MN. They lived and raised their family in Fargo, ND. Larry was the consummate salesman. It was said that "he could sell ice to an Eskimo." He was a very generous, giving person, who was always the life of any gathering. He had a great sense of humor, and enjoyed complaining about the lack of attention he received by having his birthday on Christmas Day. Larry loved the outdoors, camping, hobby farming, and hunting. Deer hunting was a very special event in the Anderson family and Larry always made sure to make it enjoyable for everyone. He also served as a mentor for many young people that he introduced to hunting. He loved to tell a good story, and was known to embellish a few over the years. He is survived by his wife, Patricia; one son, Jason (Olivia) Anderson, of Fargo, ND; one daughter, Jennifer (Chris) Jensen, of Fargo, ND; an expected grandson, Leo Anderson; one sister, Mary (Allan) Faus, of Richmond, MN; and numerous extended family. He was preceded in death by his parents; and one brother, Allan "Bud" Anderson.
