Diane Haisley

Diane H. Haisley age 59 of Fargo, ND, formerly of Detroit Lakes, MN died July 21, 2017 at Sanford Health in Fargo, ND. Diane Helen Haisley was born October 6, 1957 in Detroit Lakes, MN to Richard and Helen Anderson Linden. She attended Country School thru the fifth grade, and finished her education in Detroit Lakes, graduating from Detroit Lakes High school in 1976. On December 18, 1976 she was united in marriage to Gary Haisley at the Egelund Lutheran Church, Rochert, MN. They made their home in Grand Forks, ND, where Diane worked as a Dental Assistant. They moved to Detroit Lakes in 1992 and she worked as a Para Professional at the Detroit Lakes High School, where she was highly respected for her work. Diane loved horses and had her own for most of her life. She also enjoyed the outdoors and time spent with her grandsons. She was a very kind and caring person. She is survived by two daughters, Nicole (John) Watkins, of Fargo, ND; and Nerissa (J.D.) Hendrickson, of Detroit Lakes, MN; two sons, Adam (Kim) Haisley, of Gardner, ND; and Justin (Leah) Haisley, of Detroit Lakes, MN; Thirteen grandchildren; two brothers, Ronald (Mary) Linden, of Rochert, MN; and Daniel (Julie) Linden, of Halstad, MN; two sisters, Sharon (Gary) Jenson, of Rochert, MN; and Phyllis (Mark) Johnson, of Detroit Lakes, MN; mother, Helen Linden, of Detroit Lakes, MN; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father, Richard Linden; and granddaughter, Evie Diane Haisley. Funeral Services will be on Tuesday July 25, 2017; 11:00 a.m. at Trinity Lutheran Church in Detroit Lakes, MN. Visitation will be on Monday from 5:00 – 8:00 p.m. with a prayer service at 7:00 p.m. Interment will be in the Egelund Cemetery, Rochert, MN.
