Bruce D. Dahlberg age 77 of Audubon, MN died April 25, 2019 at Sanford Hospital in Fargo, ND. Bruce Donovan Dahlberg was born May 18, 1941 in Detroit Lakes, MN to Raymond and Inger (Volden) Dahlberg. He grew up and received his education in Audubon, MN. He attended District 121 Country School for a year and then went to school in Audubon, Graduating from High School in 1959. He worked as a rural mail carrier and later served in the United State Army. He was honorably discharged in 1964 and returned to Audubon, where he started a long career with the 1st State Bank of Audubon. In 1994 he was united in marriage to Joanne Griffin. They made their home on Little Cormorant Lake. Bruce enjoyed duck hunting, fishing, gardening, and helping on the family farm. He was also an avid MN Twins fan, and enjoyed western movies, history, and hosting family reunions. He is survived by one sister, Donna (Lowell) Ranstrom, of Audubon, MN; one niece, Lane (Mike) Schlagel, of Grayslake IL; two nephews, Dean Ranstrom, of Audubon, MN; and Lyle (Kellie) Ranstrom, of Hawley, MN; Step children, Christine Orluskie, of Dover, DE; and Eric Griffin, of Osage, IA; and several step grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Joanne (2014); and his parents.
