Carol A. Olson

Carol Olson, age 73 of Lake Park MN, passed away early Friday morning on February 21, 2020 at Sanford Health in Fargo, ND.  Carol was born on May 7, 1946 in Thunder Bay, Ontario to Wilfred and Irene Forrest.

In life, Carol loved her family and friends with all her heart (including her furry family members). Throughout her life, she cared for and loved many foster children. She was a lady with a heart of gold. In her spare time, she enjoyed knitting and crocheting, doing puzzles, watching hockey and football and listening to country music.

Carol is survived by her loving family, three sons, Ed Ryden, Jason (Jennifer) Olson, Kevin Olson; two daughters, Terri (Ward) Leslie, Tommie Sue (Jerod Fandrich) Olson; grandchildren, John (Becca) Kvare, Kassy Stallman, Wesley Ryden-Speer, Zach Chenze, Izzy Olson, Tylor McLaughlin, Tristen McLaughlin, Justine McLaughlin, Piper Kvare, Logan Kvare and Aubreyanna Stallman; many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, many special friends and family from Minnesota, North Dakota, Florida, Thunder Bay Ontario and Germany.

Carol was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Ted; sister, Pat; beloved husband, Tom; daughter, Angel; granddaughter, Kitti McLaughlin; great grandson, Tate Kvare and many other loved ones, both family and dear friends.
