Phyllis E. Wilson, age 90, Detroit Lakes, Minn., died Monday, Oct. 28, in Ecumen-Emmanuel Nursing Home. Celebration of Life will be held December 14, 2024, from 1 to 5 pm at the American Legion in Park Rapids, Minnesota. Private burial will be Spring of 2025.
