Quinn E. Archer

Quinn Erin Archer was born March 19, 1986 in Fargo, North Dakota to Arden Archer and Sheila Bergstrom, and later adopted and raised by LaVerne “Bernie” Archer.  Quinn passed away December 11, 2017, in Bessemer, Michigan. She was baptized at Trinity Lutheran Church and grew up in Detroit Lakes. Quinn attended Holy Rosary School and later graduated from Detroit Lakes High School in 2004. She continued her education studying physical therapy at Lake Area Technical School in Watertown, South Dakota. Quinn returned to Detroit Lakes and went to school at M State to study the Surgical Tech program. Quinn was a gifted artist and enjoyed spending time outdoors, caring for her dogs and horses, and spending time with friends. She played softball and umpired Little League, liked to garden, cook and bake pies around the holidays. Quinn especially enjoyed spending time with her family and loved being with her niece Evie. She is survived by her mother Bernie Archer of Detroit Lakes; siblings: Anthony (Janelle) Archer of Fargo; Deyli Archer of Detroit Lakes; Dylan Archer of Boise, Idaho; half siblings: Emily and Andi Peake of Detroit Lakes; grandmother: Geraldine Prenta of Detroit Lakes; Niece Evie Rusness of Detroit Lakes; aunts and uncles: Bonnie (Jim) Renner, Wayne (Brenda Hayden) Archer, Maynard Archer, Charlotte Block, Joel Bergstrom, John Bergstrom all of Detroit Lakes; cousins: Sarah, Casey, Hallie, Olivia, Nolan, Ryan, Dion, Tiffany, Jason, Jerrianne, Roque Jr. and other extended family and friends. Quinn was preceded in death by her grandparents, Glenn and Lois Archer; Uncle, Bill Archer; cousin, Amanda Archer.
